These terms cover the $599 Past Jobs report sold at getpastjobs.com. The seller is Kuhn AI LLC.

The service

Past Jobs provides a one-time paid report: a CSV and a short PDF of past permitted jobs we can match to one company using the names, DBAs, and license numbers you submit, drawn from public permit records.

Price and payment

$599 per report, paid once via Stripe before we start the match work, unless we state otherwise in writing. There is no subscription. Submitting the order form does not charge the card. We do not store full card numbers.

Delivery

We aim to email the files within 2–5 business days after successful payment. Delays can happen if names or licenses need clarification.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to request a report for the company you name. You are responsible for how you use the report. Do not use it for unlawful purposes.

You may use the report inside your business, including sharing it with a buyer, partner, lender, or advisor who needs it for that company. Don’t resell it as a standalone data product.

Public records and limits

Coverage depends on published city and county records and on match quality. Job value appears only when the source record includes it. We do not guarantee completeness or a minimum row count. We do not invent rows.

The report is not a consumer report, a credit report, a background check, a license verification, or a legal opinion.

Refund if no permits match

If we cannot match any permits to the company details you provided, we refund the $599.

If you paid and we cannot tell which order is yours, email hello@getpastjobs.com with the Stripe receipt and the company name.

How long we keep the report

We keep the delivered report indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it. Email hello@getpastjobs.com to request deletion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Past Jobs and Kuhn AI LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the report. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order ($599).

No warranty of fitness

The report is a best-effort match against public records. We do not warrant that it will meet a particular lender, insurer, or legal requirement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, are the venue for disputes.
