For general contractors

A project history anyone can verify

Owners, lenders, and sureties ask for your track record. Permits filed under your license are public records, so a list of them is hard to argue with. We pull them into one spreadsheet.

How general contractors use it

01

Bids and prequalification

Attach a project list with addresses, dates, and job values to prequalification forms and bid packages.

02

Bonding and insurance

Sureties and insurers ask how much work you do and where. Your permit history answers both.

03

Selling the company

Buyers and lenders want proof of volume. Permits show how many jobs you’ve done, how big they were, and where.

What’s in the report

A CSV with one row per permit, plus a short PDF summary. Which fields are filled depends on what each building department records.

  3. 03 Permit number

  4. 04 Job value

The value on the permit, when the building department recorded one.

  5. 05 Work type

The permit type and description, worded as they are on the record.
