For plumbing contractors

Find the water heaters you installed years ago

Most tank water heaters last 8 to 12 years. Your permits show where you installed them, along with past repipes and backflow devices. We pull them from public records into one spreadsheet.

How plumbing contractors use it

01

Water heater replacements

Sort by permit date. Anything you installed more than 10 years ago is a replacement prospect.

02

Neighborhood repipes

Houses in the same subdivision were usually plumbed with the same pipe. One past repipe tells you which streets are next.

03

Backflow testing

Backflow assemblies usually need a test every year. The ones you installed are your testing route.
