For Houston contractors

Your Houston-area permit history in one spreadsheet

The City of Houston issues permits through the Houston Permitting Center. Pasadena, Pearland, Sugar Land, Katy, and the other cities nearby keep their own records. We find the permits filed under your company’s names and license numbers and send them in one spreadsheet.

Permits in Houston

01

Outside city limits

Much of the Houston area is unincorporated Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery County, where many jobs don’t need a building permit. Those jobs won’t appear.

02

License numbers to send

Send your TDLR air conditioning license (TACLA or TACLB) or other state licenses, plus any city registration numbers. Include old numbers too.

03

Work outside Houston

Jobs in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, or anywhere else are included too.

What’s in the report

A CSV with one row per permit, plus a short PDF summary. Which fields are filled depends on what each building department records.
